At Merino Luxe, we want you to feel like you're walking on clouds; if your 100% Merino wool shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unworn wool shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your wool shoes, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
